Tami Reeves
As a child of deaf adults (CODA), pediatric nurse, and support giver to a family struggling with Alzheimer’s, Tami Reeves is a lifelong caregiver. Now, In her new role of book author, she hopes to bring awareness and attention to this sensitive subject. Following the success of her first book, 'Bleeding Hearts', Tami released the second edition of the book in 2017 and has since been doing interviews with news and radio stations from all over the world including a New York Post article this month! |
About Tami
Tami was born in Concord, California to deaf parents, grew up, for the most part, in Midland, Texas, has lived for 30+ years in Colorado, and now currently resides in Germany. For 25 years she worked in a family business and became a registered nurse, working as a trauma nurse, pediatric nurse and a school nurse. Her first attempt at writing, from her memoirs, "Bleeding Hearts" was done so out of her passion for spreading awareness and support for the spouses of Alzheimer's victims.
